Contested deletion[edit]

This page should not be speedily deleted because... (your reason here) --LunaDances (talk) 09:45, 20 May 2016 (UTC) It is about a substantially large organisation (40'000 members) It is on a par with article from the ITF, a similar organisation and one to whom ISWAN is linked https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Transport_Workers%27_Federation It is still being developed, I appreciate it's short currently but I am adding to it with cited sources as and when I can. Any advice as to how to improve it's content would be taken with grace and appreciation. I have used external citations and linked to other Wikipedia articles that reference ISWAN On that note, several other wiki articles reference ISWAN so it makes sense to have have an entry about ISWAN on wiki also. I have edited again today to remove anything that could be seen to be promotional, just in case. It was allowed to pass this tag by another user in an edit just after the tag was added, so I'd like to remove the speedy deletion tag[reply]

LunaDances, I declined the speedy deletion four days ago. You might want to ask at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Ships if anyone there has anything they'd like to add—although this isn't technically an article about a ship, that's where people with knowledge of the topic are likely to be found. ‑ Iridescent 09:52, 20 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Iridescent Thank you. I was concerned that the tag still being there meant the article was still at risk, I understand better now! I'm still relatively new to this so I appreciate the help and the direction. I'll head over to that talk page now. LunaDances —Preceding undated comment added 10:17, 20 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
