  Please consult assigning editor

  • It is recommended that, as a courtesy, you first try asking the editor who assigned the template — in this case Drm310 — in order to find out from them if it can be removed. Since they placed the template, they are in the best position to know whether or not the issues which caused its placement have been corrected. You may contact them directly by placing a new message on their talk page.
  • In the unlikely event that you do not hear back from them after a reasonable amount of time, please reopen this request by altering the {{request edit}} template's answer parameter to read from |ans=yes to |ans=no. Thank you!

Hello, there are new articles on Intelcom: - New opening in Chicoutimi (French interview with the CFO) https://www.lequotidien.com/actualites/un-centre-de-distribution-ouvert-pour-amazon-a-chicoutimi-a9d4d0e63af2d8da74e3c5ed1d17edd0 - AI helping Intelcom to deliver more packages on time (French interview with the president) https://www.957kyk.com/audio/319183/le-president-dintelcom-nous-raconte-comment-lintelligence-artificielle-laide-a-livrer-vos-colis

The company now has over 900 employees and 50 different locations. The two Subsidiaries are no longer in operation. Also if possible to update the logo on the French page, that would be nice.

Thank you! Vlcloutier (talk) 13:47, 28 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Vlcloutier, could you please link the file you want replaced? Let me know on my talkpage as I am trying to clear the edit requests. HeartGlow (talk) 18:20, 23 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Request edit on 21 June 2021[edit]

Hi there! I made changes to the page, I didn't realize there was an external process. I have reverted my changes and am proceeding to request them here.

We would like to request a few changes to be made: 1. Our business name is 'Intelcom' now, rather than 'Intelcom Express'. It would be great for it to be changed on both the English and French Wikipedia pages. 2. Our web URL changed to intelcom.ca, rather than intelcomexpress.com. Please change it in EN and FR. 3. The logo on the french page is incorrect, we would like it to match the English page's logo.

We would like to add the following information to the page: 1. Globe & Mail article: [1] - Intelcom is one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies - Intelcom runs digital tools to optimize logistics for 470 courrier companies - 400,000 parcels delivered a day - 60 sorting stations across Canada - 2460 employees 2.

And a quick few questions: - Are we able to remove the critical article from the Globe and Mail from 2002? There is a warning on the page about inaccurate information. - We will need to create a page for our new Aussie company, Dragonfly Shipping. Could you let us know how to proceed with that?

Not done: Uh oh, where to start. First of all, all your requests relating to frwiki should be made over at fr:Discussion:Intelcom_Express. Most enwiki contributors aren't active on non-English versions, and frwiki could have it's own rules regarding editing, so you really need regular editors of frwiki to make your changes.
Secondly, your proposed prose is very promotional in nature. I suggest you begin with reading WP:PROMO and follow links from there as your current version is most certainly not acceptable for an encyclopedia. To get the name changed, follow the WP:RM process.
Thirdly, the source seems to be reliable, so you need to make an argument regarding what the source gets wrong and provide your own, better sources that support your point. The source/content you don't like will generally not be removed unless you can make an argument based on how removing it makes the article better. Remember, Wikipedia is WP:NOTCENSORED.
Finally, if you want to create a new article, you may do so, but the article must pass notability requirements and be written in style and tone that is appropriate for Wikipedia. Start at WP:FIRST. Alternatively, you can request the article at WP:REQ but remember that all the normal guidelines on notability still apply and everyone on Wikipedia is a volunteer and nobody is obliged to write the article you want. Thank you for your detailed answer. I’ll give this another shot 😊

1 – Some of the info in the Infobox is no longer accurate. Could you change the following info please? Here is the accurate info and the sources for each change.

A) Number of locations: 60 stations across Canada (2021) [1]

B) Areas served: Canada, United States, Australia [2]

C) Number of employees: 2,460 [3]

D) Subsidiaries: Dragonfly Shipping Ltd. [4]

E) Website : https://intelcom.ca/

2 – Can you add this info to the intro to make it more descriptive and relevant? I highlighted the new info in bold.

Intelcom Express (also known as Intelcom Courier Canada Inc.) is a Canadian courier and package delivery company [5] headquartered in Montreal, Quebec. The company delivers close to 400,000 parcels per day across Canada.[6]

Intelcom’s clients include Amazon, as well as Pitney Bowes and Landmark Global, who handle shipping for Etsy and Ebay. [7]

3 – Can you add these events to the company's history? New content is in bold.

In 2015, Amazon tested Intelcom’s delivery services. Shortly thereafter, they signed on to expand the relationship across the country.[8] Intelcom then secured an investment from the Business Development Bank of Canada[4][5] and the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec.

In 2021, Intelcom launched its subsidiary Dragonfly Shipping in Australia. Dragonfly Shipping became the first high-volume seven-day-a-week delivery service in Australia. [9]

Intelcom ExpressIntelcom – Company name has changed to Intelcom Courier Canada Inc, as mentioned in the existing Wikipedia article. [1] Considering the naming convention guidelines found on Wikipedia[2], the name should be shortened to Intelcom as a page name. Dbsanterre (talk) 12:58, 17 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello,

Intelcom has joined the Climate Pledge, pledging to reach net zero carbon emissions by 2040. This new article mentions all new signatories: https://www.bloomberg.com/press-releases/2022-03-21/the-climate-pledge-announces-nearly-100-new-signatories

Could you please add a blurb about this in a 2022 section of our company history?

Thanks!

Delivery[edit]

Yesterday we had a delivery as you can see in this copy of the report. First the package was left next to other left out for pickup by the Diabetes group which we’re set out an covered in plastic, due to the weather, you can see all of this in the pictures attached sent from the delivery, why was this delivery not placed on our front porch like the other delivers we get, now the parcel has been picked up by the other group, also we found a smaller package delivered that was delivered before this one that the driver just throws it out and left it on the ground in front of the garage door, I don’t think this is what you expect your delivery help to do when delivering parcels to customers. 2607:FEA8:44E1:D000:E487:217D:B656:7455 (talk) 13:42, 21 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
