User-generated sources[edit]

[copied from User talk:Ojorojo]:

None of the sources in "I'm Tore Down" were "user-generated". You can't just state they are and then remove on the grounds that you proclaimed them to be. Whether the renditions themselves warrant mention is another topic, but your rationale checks out. The reviews were fine to use, and you also threw out Classic Rock which was not tagged by you. @Jules TH 16: First of all, the problematic sources were tagged with [user-generated source?] for over three weeks and no action was taken. None of them are listed at WP:RSMUSIC, except Classic Rock, and do not appear to meet WP:Reliable sources. Also, your edit summary "And no, the last sentence of the EC paragraph needs no citation - that's what wikilinks are for!" is contrary to WP:Wikipedia is not a reliable source. Maybe it's too early for album reviews, but I re-added the Classic Rock quote, although it really doesn't have much to say. —Ojorojo (talk) 15:32, 4 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
