I think someone just copy-pasted the related content in Hu Jintao to 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party or vice versa so they look the same. More importantly, the event itself is notable enough to be a single article (there had been a discussion in Chinese Wikipedia). 海牙阿森 (talk) 00:47, 14 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
