Hoots mon is not a song by Bad Manners at all. It was originally recorded by Lord Rockinghams XI, I would thankyou to research the song more carefully in future. (Paulo Fontaine 23:03, 21 January 2006 (UTC))

There's a moose loose aboot this hoose[edit]
This article currently says "Interestingly, there is nothing particularly "Scottish" about the music itself, except for the final seconds when two bagpipe blasts are played."
However, the article on "Lord Rockingham's XI" claims that the tune itself is based on "the traditional Scottish song, "A Hundred Pipers","

isn't the line "It's a braw, bricht, moonlicht nicht" from Harry Lauder's song "Wee Deoch an Doris"? i thought about editing that part of the article but decided to see what others thought first.
