A few things to know:[edit]

- Vexin should be spelt without é
- Ile-de-France is a corruption of the Frankish "Liddel France" or something to that effect, meaning "Little France".

I have replaced the one-and-only reference in this article, really just a pseudo-citation to the homepage of the France.com tourism site, with a "[citation needed]" tag. (Please see WP:NOTADVERTISING, WP:NOTTRAVEL.) IfYouDoIfYouDon't (talk) 05:00, 14 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
