NPOV dispute[edit]

The following section of this article is written as an advertisement for a real estate agent, and contains unverifiable, as well as personal opinions: "At the moment, Heron Gate is growing a great community of new homes, and the real state business is giving a great value to this central area of the city".

While it is true that Heron Gate has ONE developer building new homes in the area, the writer cannot make the claim that these add great value to the region, nor state that these homes are creating a great community. To me, this seems like promotional material for the one developer in question. Userinottawa (talk) 06:46, 5 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Given that the Timbercreek evictions are a significant source of press and scholarship for this area, I've moved that information to its own section. I've also removed the references to renx.ca, since, as an industry source (the interview is with Timbercreek’s executive director of marketing), it does not appear to be reliable as per wiki standards.
