Wrong units?[edit]

At first glance, it seems the units are wrong (W instead of kW (watt instead of kilowatt)). Main transmitters (on high towers) are usually in the 100 kW range.

What is the reason? Is it because it is only intended to be received for the two small islands?

Are the units correct? Perhaps there should be something explaining the low power?

Does it exist?[edit]

Two frequency lists for Deutschlandfunk Kultur and Deutschlandfunk do not list it under "Helgoland".

For Deutschlandfunk Kultur there is a match for 103.0 MHz for Löbau (but that seems to be in the eastern part of Germany).

There isn't a match for 107.4 MHz for Deutschlandfunk.

Why isn't this transmitter listed on those two lists? Are any of those frequencies correct?
