The Heartland Tattoo strives to produce and present a world-class international event that will stimulate patriotism, entertain the masses, educate youth, recognize our country’s debt to the Military Forces, attract tourists to the Midwest, strengthen international relations and enhance the quality of life of those who attend the Tattoo.
