Comment[edit]

Many people have different views toward Hawaiian Falls. Some people like the park while others can point out flaws, organizational errors, and hazards. These opinions would help bring a more neutral point of view toward the article as well as unmark it as advertising, however, sources can not be found to back up the opinions and to turn these opinions more into citable facts.

Can anyone please help?

Copy-Edit Changes Made[edit]

While doing a copy-edit on the article, I removed some things that don't seem relevant:

Removed from First Season: Admission on opening day was $12.99 plus tax for adults, $7.99 plus tax for children under 48 inches, and free for children under 3 years of age. Hours for the first season consisted of Monday through Saturday 10:30am to 6:00pm and Sundays were from Noon to 6:00pm.

Removed from Second Season: Prices in 2004 were $14.99 plus tax for adults, $7.99 plus tax for children under 48 inches, 3 and under were free, seniors 60 and older were $7.99 plus tax, and spectators were $7.99 plus a deposit & tax.

Removed from Third Season: Ticket prices remained unchanged from 2004, but operating hours were expanded to consist of Noon to 7pm on Sundays; 10:30am to 6:00pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Saturdays; and 10:30am to 7:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Removed from Fourth Season: Ticket prices remained the same while operating hours changed again to be Sundays Noon to 7pm; Saturdays 10:30am to 6:00pm; Weekdays 10:30am to 7:00pm.

Removed from Fifth Season: Ticket prices were increased to $16.99 for adults and $9.99 for children. Hours remained the same.

I looked at some larger theme park articles (e.g., Astroworld) and they didn't have this level of detail, and it feels out of place here.

Also, I'd like some though around whether the exhausting listing of rules for every ride is required?

Proposed merge with various individual articles[edit]

I feel the article on the chain could be expanded to include information from the various other articles. It would be similar to what was done with Aquatica (water parks) a little while back. Themeparkgc  Talk  06:14, 23 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I disagree. Although the parks share the same name, they offer different attractions and experiences. Each one is unique. The parks are not franchise restaurants where everything is exactly the same.FirstDrop87 (talk) 14:04, 7 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support I support the merge as some of the park pages does not gives information other than the Waco location in all which can be displayed on one page. --Jpp858 (talk) 04:22, 7 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
