Philosophy[edit]

Somebody help me out with what these jokers were arguing about. I think I have a pretty decent stab at their statute interpretation viewpoints up there, but I'm sure it needs tidying.Phyrkrakr (talk) 16:42, 11 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is very rough and contains a number of errors. The New York University Law Review had a whole special issue on the Hart-Fuller debate in 2009, and Peter Cane edited a book about it in 2010. Could someone with the time & expertise please help out with this entry? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.71.8.196 (talk) 03:48, 22 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I agree this page needs a lot of work. I'm doing my doctorate in legal philosophy, and a lot of it relates to Hart and Fuller, so I'm very familiar with the debate and with the secondary literature. I'm planning to do a pretty substantial rewrite in the next month or so. Hnye (talk) 20:25, 28 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
