diplomatic attempts[edit]

Have diplomatic attempts to regain the remains of U. S. servicemen from the Memorial Cemetery been grossly misinter-preted as a necessity to negotiate with Hamas in Palestine? Both are small countries -- is Palestine the medium of a Luxembourg removal sentiment as well as the expression of discord about the continued burden of 'neighborly' occupation?
