Team B[edit]

The Wikipedia entry for "Team B" states that C.I.A. Director William Colby dismissed the Ford administration idea that "an ad hoc independent group of analysts (Team B) could prepare a more thorough, comprehensive assessment of Soviet strategic capabilities than could the intelligence community."
