Sanyi Tunnel[edit]

This tunnel look like whether currently exist line is single track, cruvy, steep, and tunneling to be in straight, very like Sanyi Tunnel when completed in September 23, 1998 in Miaoli, Taiwan to replaces "Old mountain lines" we of Taiwan called. Roded86400 17:24, 18 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

motivation?[edit]

There should be more on what makes this tunnel worth the cost. What it enables or what kind of time advantage there is for the trains to go through the tunnel rather than around it?
