I don't think the company is defunct because it still has a website. I have modified the "Present status" section to avoid pre-judging the issue. Perhaps a Spanish-speaking editor could read the references and clarify the position. Biscuittin (talk) 14:24, 31 May 2009 (UTC)
What is needed to be clarified ? When in deed Gregorio Ramirez Jauregui's actions are being reviewed by authorities in Mexico and the U.S.A ? In fraudulent practices commited against financial institutions that lent him money ?
