How is this different than a spectrometer?

Is there some difference that allows for the collection of several spectra from well-separated targets? -- —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.204.125.193 (talkcontribs) 16:25, 13 August 2006

This isn't copyright infringement. It says right on the STScI website: "Unless otherwise specifically stated, no claim to copyright is being asserted by STScI and it may be freely used as in the public domain in accordance with NASA's contract. However, it is requested that in any subsequent use of this work NASA and STScI be given appropriate acknowledgement." -- http://www.stsci.edu/institute/Copyright --Chiklit (talk) 15:01, 14 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
