Port Hedland link were completed over the next two years, with the last part officially opened on 16 December 1989 by Bob Brown and Bob Pearce - link (or redlink) these blokes

with the road widened, turning and overtaking lanes constructed, and improved street lighting - it flow smoother if all three were passive verbs, so "with the road widened, turning and overtaking lanes constructed, and street lighting improved"

A 21-kilometre-long (13 mi) section of between New Norcia and Walebing is scheduled to been reconstructed between mid-2014 and 2016 - err, could remove the "of" and ..."been" to "be"?
