See Neandertal cannibalism and Neandertal bones used as tools in Northern Europe[1] Doug Weller talk 11:47, 9 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks a lot! I had read into 2 or 3 of the dozens of Neanderthal/cannibalism sources online, all with identical content. This one is all new area for me. I come back here, when finished reading. ATBWikirictor (talk) 14:02, 9 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Non-standard terminology[edit]

What on earth is a "Normalized Age" ??? Please hold on to standard terminology as (un)calibrated BP or (cal)BC!!!2A02:8108:9640:AC3:F4BE:67AB:D5F8:8023 (talk) 15:31, 8 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

You can find this in the section "How are radiocarbon dates normalized?" in the cited source here but I'm not an expert so I don't know how this relates to (cal)BC etc. I think it can be found at Before Present. --Cyfal (talk) 18:07, 8 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
This is nonsense here. Radiocarbon data are either (professionally) calibrated or not, and this alone HAS TO BE NOTED. Full stop.HJHolm (talk) 06:37, 20 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Wrong name pulished[edit]

Note that Bard et al. (2020) in their supporting information mistakenly write "Goyey, Belgium". HJHolm (talk) 06:42, 20 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
