All throughout Wikipedia, the letters ă and â/î are misrepresented.
I assume that this is because some Americans insist that their cheap and nasty version of the IPA is correct.
As someone who lives in Romania, I can assure that it is not. So,
Back mid-high unrounded and
Back high unrounded.
