Date of Death Contradiction[edit]

There is a date of death discrepancy. Originally the date stated for his death was 2 February 1843, however, this was unsourced. A different date (30 January 1843) was found through a secondary military information website (Ecole Supérieure de Guerre). Both dates cannot be correct, even though they are only 3 days apart. I cannot think of any rational explanation for this discrepancy. I am not saying that one date is correct and the other is not, however, since only one date is sourced (the new "Ecole Supérieure de Guerre" date -30 January 1843), this was used in preference to the other.
