B-class improvement[edit]

I have improved this from a stub. This has lingered as a high-importance stub for an extremely extended period so I have made significant improvements. I believe that is objectively at least meets the B-Class criteria:

The article is suitably referenced, with inline citations. Y
The article reasonably covers the topic, and does not contain obvious omissions or inaccuracies. Y
The article has a defined structure. Y
The article is reasonably well-written. Y
The article contains supporting materials where appropriate. Y
The article presents its content in an appropriately understandable way. Y
