WPShips assessment[edit]

@MicrobiologyMarcus: Great work on the article, it definitely qualifies as C-class now that it has an infobox and some good accompanying images. I have made a few minor additions to the infobox and categories, and added the ship's builder with a reference from the owner's website. For future reference, the "Port of registry" refers to the specific port city where the ship is registered and not the country. Generally, a ship's country of registry and flag are displayed in the header as I did here. Also, you may want to double-check the ship's tonnage as 220,000 GT would make it among the largest ships in the world, similar to a large tanker or cruise ship, and I'm assuming that isn't actually the case.

For B-class I think it needs a bit of expansion in both parts of its operational history. It would be good to have a little more detail about who operated the ship before MSF chartered it (has Uksnøy & Co always been the owner? what kind of company/organisation was operating it?) and ideally more info about its oceanographic work (where/why), if available. And for its MSF operations, it would be good to know more about its current role, such as the general location of its operations (around Italy?) and more incidents that it has been involved in. Some other details like survivor/passenger capacity would be nice to have as well.

I've posted this here just so other editors who might want to improve this article are more likely to see it. Again, good job and thanks for your work; I hope this is helpful to you. Cheers, QQ2NFLD (talk) 06:34, 4 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Ah, that all makes sense. Thank you so much for the second set of eyes @QQ2NFLD. I plan to keep plugging away at it, your guidance is very helpful! Thanks, microbiologyMarcus (petri dishgrowths) 21:12, 4 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
