Notable Alumni[edit]

Alumni currently listed for Geneseo High School do not meet Wikipedia's criteria for notability (WP:BIO), or list of people (WP:NLIST). Additional detail is required regarding why these alumni are notable, preferably including links to the persons' wikipedia page, and/or verifiable citations.

The currently listed alumni appear to be recent high school athletes. And, while they may have achieved success in their respective sports at the high school level, they do not meet the notability criteria for athletes (WP:ATH):

People who have competed at the fully professional level of a sport, or a competition of equivalent standing in a non-league sport such as swimming, golf or tennis.
People who have competed at the highest amateur level of a sport, usually considered to mean the Olympic Games or World Championships.

Please note that in lists that involve living persons, the following from the Biographies of living persons policy applies (WP:BLP):

Rather than immediately deleting the names, I recognize that the author may be aware aspects of the individual's notability of which I am not.
