Source for headquarters location, founding date[edit]

There seems to be a disagreement on where this company is located. On their website [1] they have addresses for both Australia and Austria. According to [2] the Austrian part was founded in 1995. Are there any sources that specify when the Australian part was founded?

Maybe the article should read that the company is based in both Australia and Austria?
