Source issues[edit]

Holmes and D'Entremont have substantially different versions of the explosion story; I have not preferred one over the other but have instead related only the common elements.

The history of the light's characteristics is very confused, as is the state of the skeleton tower. I cannot get a consistent picture of the latter: the tower was clearly much taller in the 1970s and probably for a long time earlier, but it appears to have been removed entirely at some point before the current tower was erected. This photo from Holmes's site seems to show a light on a very short post and the tower removed. The problem is that the numbers on the charts jump around more than can be explained by all of this. I've omitted the characteristic and kept to D'Entremont's statement lacking better information. Mangoe (talk) 13:44, 6 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Maine[edit]

USCG light listings show another Fuller Rock Light in Maine, but I have been unable to find any source information on it. Mangoe (talk) 13:58, 6 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
