Romford? In London? I don't think so.

Yes it is. Look at a map. Bhoeble 18:21, 3 December 2005 (UTC)
Romford is traditionally in Essex. SteveO 13:08, 7 December 2005 (UTC)
You are both correct. It is part of Greater London Google Maps(pretty much anything inside the M25 is) but its traditional county is Essex Google Search. UK postal addresses place Romford in Essex. The term Greater London is only used for administration. Heezy 16:39, 7 December 2005 (UTC)
Romford is in the London Borough of Havering. In 1965 it was transferred to Greater London under the London Government Act 1963 along with the likes of East Ham, West Ham & Barking. Royal Mail continued to include the former postal county until 1996 in addresses in the part of the area transferred that was not in the London postal district (such as Barking and Romford). 80.168.159.82 20:19, 11 December 2005 (UTC)

Below form

At the World Cup in Germany in 2006 Lampard played below form for the majority of the tourament and missed a penalty in the penalty shoot-out against Portugal in the quarter-final.

I agree with this comment, but it's unencyclopedic. It would be nice if we could find a reputable source saying something similar. He looked unrecognisable from the Chelsea player firing goals in from any distance, not to mention the nervous wreck that went up to take the penno. Does anyone know where shot accuracy figures can be found?  SLUMGUM  yap  stalk  19:06, 1 July 2006 (UTC)

I added the accuracy numbers and a link to an article talking about how everyone's talking about how Lampard's playing poorly to support the poor form claim. It's in a new England section. Vickser 20:19, 2 July 2006 (UTC)

Unsufficient information

"Frank's ever present habit..." - I read that somewhere and I was wondering if anyone of you know what that means?Tasiger 18:44, 8 February 2007 (UTC)

I believe it's a reference to the fact that Lampard rarely misses a game, something which a lot of West Ham fans attributed to nepotism during his time there.[1] SteveO 13:36, 10 February 2007 (UTC)

When Lampard was at West Ham, daily newspapers reported that he was a regular at the club because of his father. I saw a newspaper myself there. And West Ham fans also cheered when his leg got broken "in disrespect". This can be added, as it is not nice but an important information about him in his journey.

Injury

Should we include the recent wrist injury suffered from a Wayne Rooney kick? I know he only missed one game but it could become a factor in the future. (198.30.57.29 16:25, 2 April 2007 (UTC))

Scandal

isnt there a latest scandal involving him and some spanish woman (not his wife) - that while he was in spain not too long ago filming an ad he got sexually involved with the woman in question?? i cant quite find the source yet, maybe someone else can. Chensiyuan 16:11, 23 December 2006 (UTC)

I have the article about that and I'll add something about that soon.Tasiger 09:46, 3 April 2007 (UTC)

Cars

Frank Owns an Aston Martin DB9 and a Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano, not a 612 Scaglietti.

Please remember to add a reference to this information!!! Chaza93 12:48, 3 June 2007 (UTC)

Please add nickname "Fat Frank"

I'm not sure if nicknames are supposed to include negative ones, but far more people call him FFL (Fat Frank Lampard) than Lamps. Go to any major non-Chelsea internet message board and that's what they refer to him as. That's what opposition fans scream at him during matches.

I know he's not fat, but the nickname should still be there. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 70.49.53.25 (talk) 02:30, 3 April 2007 (UTC).

People are just calling him like that because their team isn't winning and than that's not his nickname. And it's abbusive, so we won't add it. Anyway wikipedia supposed to be objective.Tasiger 09:44, 3 April 2007 (UTC)

A nickname is a nickname mate! Doesn't matter if its accepted by the player or not, if lots of people call it, its a nickname. --82.153.195.215 21:28, 3 April 2007 (UTC)

"That's what opposition fans scream at him during matches."
Is hardly an objective source. Just like what opposition fans scream at Rooney, Ronaldo, Gerrard, Wenger, Ferguson, Mourinho et al is not objective or encyclopaedic. As noted above, the precedent is not to include abusive nicknames (see the articles of the aforementioned people, for instance). If that were the case, then "the ****" would be added for every single player. SteveO 22:23, 3 April 2007 (UTC)

The point is, there are loads of Nicknames, for aexample, Rooney, some people call him the Fat Little Knobhead, but not loads. You go onto other forums and as people what his nickname is and they will tell you its fat frank. And why not add abuseive names, a nickname is a nickname, please change Dixie Dean to Bill because thats what he prefers to be called then. --82.153.195.215 23:28, 4 April 2007 (UTC)

Once again, "some people" and internet forums are not objective or reliable sources. Furthermore, knowing what opposition fans abusively scream at a particular player is hardly encyclopedic.
Dixie Dean is entirely different. He is universally known by that name, meaning the article should stay where it is per the naming conventions guidelines. Type in 'Dixie Dean' and 'Bill Dean' into yahoo and see which produces more results. If you strongly believe that abusive nicknames should be added to player infoboxes, then it may be worth making a proposal on the WikiProject Football talk page. SteveO 23:08, 5 April 2007 (UTC)

How about Gayraad for Gerrard would u like it? --212.107.116.244 23:19, 7 April 2007 (UTC)

I would not be bothered because I don't support Liverpool but however, not many people call him Gayraard. My point with the other post is apart from Chelsea fans Lampard is universally known as Fat Frank. It doesn't matter if its screamed at a football match or on a football forum a nickname is something well known. If everyone screams Freak at Crouch one of his nicknames is Freak.

How come when i add "lanky scouse cunt" to stevie me's page it always gets removed ?

Nicknames are nice, not something insulting. Crouch's nickname Freak is humourous, Fat Lampard or other things are insulting not humorous. --Yu5uF 16:16, 17 April 2007 (UTC)

Ok, I am a huge Lampard fan, I have two shirts with his name on them, I'm a life-long CFC fan... But a mention of Fat Frank needs to go in here somewhere. It's what most people refer to him as.

The truth of the matter is, he's really fucking fat.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 58.161.162.52 (talkcontribs) No, the truth is, you're really dim in the head, and your Gerrard is way heavier than him. And despite all his supposed fatness, Frankie has hardly missed a game through tiredness or poor health. And he has probably ran more miles than you ever can.

Critcism and booing

It's been well known that Lampard is the cetre of a lot of booing and criticism for English fans and media. Should this be added. Jimmmmmmmmm 13:24, 7 June 2007 (UTC)

Frank's goals

I was checking the the stats and I noticed that one Frank's league goal at West Ham is "missing" (well according to BBC). Everything else is fine. Can anyone find that goal? Tasiger 17:30, 20 July 2007 (UTC)

Why the isn't more photos of him? And why are you keep changing the photo, that's in now?Tasiger 09:40, 3 April 2007 (UTC)

The main picture in the infobox is really hideous. He has a smirk on his face and is looking at the camera like he's stupid. I realise there is a license for the picture, but surely there must be a better one. Operating 21:08, 19 August 2007 (UTC)

Christian Ronaldo's a winger?

"Lampard's 16 goals in the 2005-2006 season is a record for a midfielder in the English Premier League,[18] but this record was beaten by Cristiano Ronaldo on 5 May 2007 in a match against Manchester City."

But Christiano Ronaldo is a wanger not a mid fielder—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Yu5uF (talkcontribs) 22:19, 7 June 2007 (UTC)

A winger is a type of midfielder, who usually plays in an offensive position on the wings. --J.L.W.S. The Special One 05:15, 8 June 2007 (UTC)

Agreed to a certain extent. Wingers can be midfielders, but they can also play in a forward role, which is what Ronaldo does for Manchester United. In that aspect, it is unfair to compare his goalscoring record to Frank Lampard who is a pure midfielder. At the very least, that point should be included in the article, which I have edited.Ifan160 01:18, 24 June 2007 (UTC)

No wingers are always midfielders, at least that is how it understood in an conventional sense. I suppose if a goalie runs to the opposition box in the last minute of a cup final that means 'they can also play in a forward role' --217.42.207.16 (talk) 02:19, 18 December 2007 (UTC)

There is criticism of his performances for England in the article, including his poor shot-to-goals ratio at the World Cup.
There is a link to a Guardian report in the article which suggests that the popular myth that most of his goals are from deflections is just that, a popular myth.
Abusive nicknames are not encyclopaedic, imo. We all know what a lot of fans scream at Arsene Wenger in a very odious chant, but that doesn't mean it belongs here.
The link provided has the England captain saying Lampard and Gerrard should still play together.
Bear in mind that all edits should be from a neutral point of view.

Nickname

Why isn't Fat Frank included as a nickname. A lot of football websites and football fans call him Fat Frank. Someone should put it in.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 213.250.13.228 (talkcontribs) 16:32, 26 February 2007.

Given some of the highly dubious and abusive things which "a lot of football websites and football fans" say about players and managers, I doubt that is appropriate criteria for inclusion here. SteveO 17:14, 26 February 2007 (UTC)

Abusive or not it is his nickname.Dixie Dean didn't like be called Dixie, he preferred to be called Bill but so, he is still known to many as Dixie. --82.153.37.119 21:36, 25 March 2007 (UTC)

Firstly, Dixie Dean is known to history by that name, and I don't think it was ever used abusively, he just didn't like it. So it's a misleading example. Secondly, the standard is not to include abusive or offensive nicknames in infoboxes. Pretty much every well-known football figure has a pejorative nickname, but to my knowledge none has one which appears in their infobox. SteveO 11:42, 26 March 2007 (UTC)

I think theres a big difference between Dixie and Fat Frank, stop abusing or getting jealous of Lampard. its time he gets some respect around here --212.107.116.238 14:56, 1 April 2007 (UTC)

No there isn't, now YOUR the one being biased. Weather its the Frank haters, Frank lovers or Frank himself, a nickname is a nickname. Don't judge me because I don't hate Frank and whats the fact that his nickname is Fat Frank got to do with getting respect? http://image.guardian.co.uk/sys-images/Football/Pix/gallery/2004/09/01/lampardandrewsilcox.jpg There is proof for you.

The fact was that Dixie Dean didn't like being called "Dixie" but thats what he was known as. Its the same with "Fat Frank", noe just get a life mate. A nickname does not need to be accepted by the player.

The Only people who call him fat frank are the bin dippers and the spammers. The dippers do it cos its easier to blame Frank for England being shit then admit their precious Stevie G is overated. Also, frank always upstages him by getting more goals and assists. The hammers are just jealous that frank moved to a bigger club. talk about getting a life. who's the saddo that's begging to add fat frank to the page ? 86.132.202.195 00:54, 4 April 2007 (UTC)

I support neither of these teams gobshite. Im not beggining Im just saying that Fat Frank should be added.

for the last time, Nicknames arent supossed to be insulting, they are supossed to be soemthing nice and acceptful by the guy.--Yu5uF 16:16, 17 April 2007 (UTC)

This is not a Nickname for Lampard for many reasons. 1. It's insulting. 2. It's not popular, mostly used by haters, which supposedly are not of a large portion among all the football fans. 3. It's never officially used anywhere. 4. It's strongly resisted by Lampard's fans, who most probably are the ones watching this page. 5. It's not reflecting the fact.

I've added Yu5uF's Crouch-vs-Lampard nickname wise words to the 'False Premise' discussion, as an example of an invalid argument for anyone who wants to brush up on their Philosophy? —Preceding unsigned comment added by ArseneWanger (talkcontribs) 03:57, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

Most consecutive league appearances

07/03/08 I would like to point at that Lampard no longer holds the record for most consecutive league appearances. Brad Freidel of Blackburn Rovers beat his record this season. 2001-2002

Please edit that bit about "establishing himself as one of the top midfielders in Europe" bit. It's not NPOV, simply because that conjecture has only been brought forth by Chelsea fans. Junior..?

Looking at this page, I noticed something that I feel I have to comment on. It says at the top of the page 'Frank James Lampard, Jr.'. His father, 'Frank Richard George Lampard', has his own page, titled Frank Lampard Sr.

The two men can be called Frank Lampard Senior and Junior for clarity in general parlance, since they are being referred to with exactly the same name, but NOT Frank Richard George Lampard Sr. and Frank James Lampard Jr. Even if the younger Frank is named after, for example, his grandfather, he would not be named Frank James Lampard Jr., as this is only the case in father-son pairs, as far as I've always been told. He would, in that case, be Frank James Lampard II (despite English naming conventions rarely using numbers compared to our American cousins).

My uncle shared his father's first name, but a different middle name; he was never called ____, jr. except in instances where both men were being called only by their first name and surname.

I have no idea whether or not Frank Lampard (Jr. or Sr.) refers to himself as at the top of the page (in which case the error is his, rather than an editor's), but I thought I should mention it based on what I've always been told/ read on the subject. Hope no-one takes offense to my comments.

Lampard has been selected by fifa and EA sports, to globally picture in the cover the of FIFA 10 football video game(which officially the best sports game), he is already on the UK, USA and Spain covers and will also cover the later ones, I had seen that when ronaldinho(ac milan footballer) was selected to globally cover FIFA 08 it was written in his wiki, and loinel messi(fc barcelona) and fernando torres(liverpool fc) where selected for Pro Evolution soccer (which is second to fifa 10) it was written in their wikis, so FIFA 09 was is the most played football game, and FIFA 10 will also be after it releases, so its a honour to Lampard that he covers it so please write it down, here is the link: [7] —Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.83.165.48 (talk) 09:03, 13 August 2009 (UTC)

====honours==== please edit !! In his 'honours' there is no honour of being runner-up in a competition. He was runners-up with Chelsea in the english premier league in 03-04,06-07 & 08-09 seasons, and also runners-up in the 2007-08 Uefa Champions League.

====individual honours==== please edit!! Lampard was 2nd in the 2005 Fifa world player of the year award as well as the 2005 Ballon D'or, I've seen in other players wikipedia ,that even if they were 3rd to 10th it was wriiten. He was also named england player of the year in 2004 & 2005.

Fat Frank

Surely there must be some reference to his well-known nickname "Fat Frank"? I have often seen it sbbreviated to "FF" and everyone knows who is being referred to. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Longster22 (talkcontribs) 16:36, 8 June 2010 (UTC)

Then surely then every single nickname, ever thought of, chanted at grounds should also be published on their Wiki? Wayne Rooney should also have:

Shrek. Fat B*****d. Scouse C**t.

Ryankonkolewski (talk) 09:09, 11 June 2010 (UTC)

But my point is that the Lampard nickname is so well established that it goes beyond what is chanted at grounds. It is in everyday use on the internet. To take a random example from a post in today's Guardian. Note that Lampard is the only player who is referred to only by nickname since everyone knows who is referred to:

"If we are going to try and win this thing then we need a bit of boldness

Hart

Johnson Dawson Terry Cole (A) Lennon Fat Frank Barry Cole (J) Gerrard Rooney

Those are our eleven best players all playing in position. We will score goals. It is a bit different from what was played during qualification but we have 2 games now to get it right. If we can't beat Algeria and Slovenia we don't deserve to be there anyway.

Playing SWP on the left is a scakable offence. Playing SWP on the left and not even taking Johnson (A) is barmy in the extreme" —Preceding unsigned comment added by Longster22 (talkcontribs) 16:29, 14 June 2010 (UTC)

So what should we do?

Well, apparently Lampard scored a correct goal, a goal which was not awarded from the referees. The goal would have meant 2–2 in the 1/8 final between England and Germany. My question now is: What should we do? Should we write it or not? /HeyMid (contributions) 16:04, 27 June 2010 (UTC)

I don't think we should which is why I undid the edit. My reason being that while it was a bad call on the ref's part, it wouldn't have given England the win of course it could've changed the course of the game but that's just speculation.--Giants27(Contribs|WP:CFL) 16:10, 27 June 2010 (UTC)

Some statistics are wrong.

Hi. There's something wrong somewhere in the statistics section.

According to http://premiersoccerstats.com/epl.html# if you manage to find the Frank Lampard page, you'll see he has over 158 assists in the Premier League for both West Ham and Chelsea. Probably 159 after today's match against Blackpool. Admittedly these are unofficial stats but I'd like to think a site that has followed 19 years of Premier League statistics is more comprehensive than ESPN stats which only go back to 2001. Again according to this site, Lampard has 4 Premier League goals, not 5 in the 1997-98 season so that's an error. Anyway it's a shame we've only got Premier League statistics. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kentheman (talkcontribs) 23:10, 7 March 2011 (UTC)

Too much POV

I'm a Frank Lampard fan, but the 2011-12 section of the page is almost nothing but praise for him (written terribly), with lines such as "Chelsea got a win after four games without a win with him forever Super Frank Lampard", and "showing his critics that he will still help a lot Chelsea when you need it". Most of it has been probably done by User:Peu82009peu, who has made too many edits, and nobody seems to have noticed. I don't have the patience to deal with it, but I hope someone fixes this soon. Edit request on 13 August 2013 / Frank Lampard's career statistics table

Lampard's career statistics table needs editing. Will you please put in Frank Lampard's assists in his career stats table because someone abused his stats and removed his assists. Here is a link for Lampard's assists; http://espnfc.com/player/_/id/8941/frank-lampard?cc=5739 . Just go on that web page then click the career page and his assists are recorded under the letter A (assists) next to G (goals) in the table. Lampard's premiership assists and his assists in all competitions are both recorded on that espn player profile site.

Goals

The goal against Sunderland in the league cup was awarded to Lampard, as confirmed on the club's official website. http://www.chelseafc.com/news-article/article/3585935/title/its-lampards-goal-at-sunderland

Please do not change the goals total back. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Theconorra (talkcontribs) 15:27, 28 December 2013 (UTC)

  • The referee confirmed the goal for Lampard in the moment of scoring, but in the official match report after the match it is clearly labelled as an own goal, see there Link1, even the official Chelsea's profile of Lamps (Link2) reads "25 appearances and 5 goals, 208 goals total" (4 in PL, one in CL) for the 2013–14 season, not to mention Soccerbase stats (Link3), Transfermarkt, SKY Sports etc., 208 goals for now are the official stats. Matej1234 (talk) 18:13, 28 December 2013 (UTC)
  • Update: It appears that the official capital one cup website changed the goalscorer in the official match report (Lampard's goal, not owngoal anymore), and Soccerbase stats now reads 209 goals as well, while some other websites (Chelsea's official profile, Transfermarkt, Sky Sports etc.) remains at 208 goals, so what should we use now? 208 or 209 goals? Matej1234 (talk) 13:37, 2 January 2014 (UTC)
Soccerbase is easily the most widely used source for stats for footballers in Wiki and is def a reliable source and one which verifies his 209 goals for Wiki purposes. BTW Transfermarkt is not considered to be a reliable source. --Egghead06 (talk) 19:46, 2 January 2014 (UTC)

The goal against Everton on February 22nd 2014 has been awarded to Lampard, not Terry as was initially reported. https://twitter.com/premierleague/status/439007026258378752 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Theconorra (talkcontribs) 12:17, 27 February 2014 (UTC)

Twitter is not a source, wait until it will be confirmed on Premier League player profile (still reads 21 caps 4 goals for 2013–14) or Soccerbase (goal credited to Terry) Matej1234 (talk) 13:34, 27 February 2014 (UTC)

April 2014

Much as I appreciate some editors need to include every goal and appearance by Lampard, a minimum requirement is that the info is notable and verifiable from a reliable source. Recents entries re his game at Liverpool do not tick these boxes and have been removed.--Egghead06 (talk) 22:51, 29 April 2014 (UTC)

Please edit Frank Lampard's career statistics table. Put in the stats table Lampard's premier league assists also his assists in all competitions.

Please will someone edit Frank Lampard's career statistics table. Put in the stats table Lampard's premier league assists also his assists in all competitions for Chelsea. This will improve his article. If I knew how to edit I would do it but I don't know how to.

If you go on http://www.espnfc.com/player/8941/frank-lampard?season=2014 All of Lampard's assists for Chelsea and Manchester City have been recorded on that website. On that site the letter A in the table is for Assists and G is for Goals. It's a reliable site. On the site at top of the table on right side next to career click on 2014-15 then all the years Lampard has played for Chelsea will open. Hope this helps you out.--CescFabregas4CFC (talk) 17:44, 16 January 2015 (UTC)

  • No. Assists tables are against consensus and should never be included in any footballer's article on Wikipedia. Lukeno94 (tell Luke off here) 17:46, 16 January 2015 (UTC)
  • Well i think Assists should be included on footballer's articles on wikipedia because some players like Andrés Iniesta and Xavi Hernandez don't score lots of goals but they make lots of assists. Assists make the goals. Assists are just as important as goals. If you include assists in the table it will make the article a whole lot better.--CescFabregas4CFC (talk) 18:09, 16 January 2015 (UTC)
  • I'm afraid this subject has been discussed many times at the football WikiProject, and due to the inconsistent definition of what an assist actually is, amongst other things, it has been decided that we do not include such tables (just like clean sheets for goalkeepers). It will make very little difference to this article if assists were included. Lukeno94 (tell Luke off here) 18:12, 16 January 2015 (UTC)
  • This is what an assist is. An assist is awarded to the player who had given the last pass to the goalscorer. I still think its stupid you don't make assist tables because its an important part of the game. It would jazz the article up.--CescFabregas4CFC (talk) 18:25, 16 January 2015 (UTC)
  • You may think it "stupid", but this is the viewpoint of multiple editors across various discussions. Adding a few bits of data to a table will not "jazz an article up", it will just add data to a table. Lukeno94 (tell Luke off here) 18:30, 16 January 2015 (UTC)

Height in infobox

I propose switching this player's height in the infobox to feet and inches first:

  • England uses feet and inches for height and he is English.
  • Wikipedia MOS guidelines for articles related to English people says to use feet and inches first.
  • The PFA Footballers' Who's Who 2010-11 (the English football player bible) gives his height in feet and inches with no meters on page 243.

Please indicate if you disagree with this change. Speccy4Eyes (talk) 23:09, 31 January 2015 (UTC)

There are very good reasons to do it properly. The official Footballers' Who's Who bible produced by the Professional Footballers' Association represent the players, uses only feet and inches. Why do you want to go against those? And also you want to ignore Wikipedia MOS guidelines which says use feet and inches first for English people? Speccy4Eyes (talk) 23:22, 31 January 2015 (UTC)

Height in infobox again

Started again as the responder above refuses to discuss or justify his reasons.

Disagree. Leave it as it is as per Premier League. Michael Glass (talk) 04:24, 3 February 2015 (UTC)
We haven't seen any good reasons to defy WP:UNITS yet. The Premier League site does not reflect English usage. In fact it is the only official football site that puts meters before feet and inches for height. Others like the FA, PFA, most of the clubs own sites and the Football league all give feet and inches first or feet and inches only. The PL site doesn't even give feet and inches which is bonkers for England and makes it totally unrepresentative and unsuitable. There is no reason at all to stick with it and definitely no reason to put meters first anyway. As WP:UNITS says: "the primary units for personal height and weight are feet/inches and stones/pounds" and "For situations in which the units used as primary in the article differ from the units given in the source, the {{convert}} template's |order=flip flag can be used; this causes the original unit to be shown as secondary in the article, and the converted unit to be shown as primary". Speccy4Eyes (talk) 19:24, 12 February 2015 (UTC)
As the majority of football profiles are metric first, and as many football teams and the Premier League give their information in metric units it would be more sensible to leave the order of units as they are. Please see the tenth footnote to the MOSNUM policy. [10] Of course, if you felt that this was not satisfactory you could take up this issue with MOSNUM. NYCFC Updates

You should add that Mr. Lampard began training with NYCFC on July 1, 2015 and became eligible to play for the team on July 8. He was scheduled to make his first home appearance in a game against Toronto FC on July 12, but was ruled out due to a calf injury. He is now scheduled to debut during a road game against the New England Revolution on July 18, with his home debut coming a week later against Orlando City on July 26. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 38.112.184.20 (talk) 18:28, 15 July 2015 (UTC)

Main Infobox picture

Can I just make a request that the main / first picture of Frank in the infobox be changed to one that better represents him as a player? In other words a picture of him with Chelsea (with whom he is most famous for playing) or his current club, New York City F.C. It is insubordinate and unnecessary to have a picture of him with Manchester City as the leading picture of this page, given this does not reflect the peaks of his career. Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by UnknownBrick22 (talkcontribs) 01:00, 22 January 2016 (UTC)

LAMPARD'S CAREER STATISTICS TABLE, INCLUDE ASSISTS / edit please

Lampards goal record for Chelsea is showing one less than he actually has. This is because the goal he scored in the 2009 Community Shield has not been added to his 2009/10 season when he in fact scored 27 goals. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bovis Messroom (talkcontribs) 02:13, 1 January 2013 (UTC)

You should include Lampard's assists in his CAREER STATISTICS TABLE, he has 151 premier league assists to his name, I hope these Links help: http://www.premiersoccerstats.com/epl.html# (open up the page, click on records, then player all-time, next view assists or goals category). Also this other link shows what premier league seasons the number of assists he has in each season: http://soccernet.espn.go.com/players/stats?id=8941&cc=5739 (the number of assists is under the letter A in the tabel which means assists).

The reason I think you should include Lampard's assists because I've season on Francesc Fabregas's and Lionel Messi wikipedia page's, Career statistics table, they're number of assists are included. —Preceding unsigned comment added by SuperFrankieLampard-CFC (talkcontribs) 14:52, 30 March 2010 (UTC)
