  • References - as of now, there are no references. Aim to reference controversial facts and direct quotes inline; try to find references for all facts.
  • Links and further reading: more in-depth coverage elsewhere.
  • Coverage: who owns it, who built it, what style of architecture is it, how is it governed, how many dwellings and residents?
  • Images: map and photographs
  • Background: why was NYC sponsoring co-operative housing, what other co-operatives followed Forest Hills example?
