Reference to "DOD"[edit]

The link in the comment "According to DOD" only links to the redirection article for the acronym "DOD" and does not indicate what it means, and so the reference is unclear.

I assume that the author was referring to the US Department of Defense, but it is not clear.

Would anyone know?
