I noticed the muni pages list the festivals with a dash and the month. Aside from the fact that the festival sections are in dire need of references, we should consider how to 1) name them - do we include the Spanish name and English translation 2) add a reference to each festival or add a reference to the beginning of the festival section, hopefully citing a reference that includes all the information within the list. 3) not make a list at all, but make it prose. I haven't edited this article much - other than to add a couple of citations. List vs. prose? - I guess this is a case of WP:BOLD. My preference is that citations to back up the dates and patron names be given priority because whether prose or list if the information there isn't correct then neither format would be useful. Unfortunately I don't have that much time on my hands these days, and actually left another wiki project to work on standardizing the San Juan barrios and subbarrios article which were driving me crazy; I didn't leave them fully polished yet due to lack of time, but at least they aren't the mess and madness they were before. Personally, I think when it comes to standardizing barrio and subbarrio naming the need is far much much greater than standardizing fiestas patronales names because, unlike FPs, barrio names are actually globally and uniformly defined at a higher level (Federal). There is no such standardization for FPs names - for all I know so far about FPs, the choice of a patrol saint for a town was clergy-based, not municipal government-based, let alone standardized (or even overseen) by a higher level authority such as the (then) Spanish government in San Juan.
