I am the ticket sales coordinator of Festival Miami. I am writing about the festival I work for. I want to place the history, which I wrote by scratch, onto this website so people can be more informed about our Festival.

Firstly you definitely need to read WP:COI. In general we discourage contributions from someone as close to a subject as you are here. The text you quote above is copied form another website and so we can't accept it as it's likely to be copyrighted. If that text is your own material you may be interested in WP:DCM. That said I think the tome above is too promotional and otherwise not in keeping with wikipedia style so you may be best re-writing it. You also need to show the notability of this festival as otherwise this page in likely to be deleted. You should also sign your posts on talk pages by using ~~~~, see WP:SIGN for more details.
