Someone did not like the citation from the UNDP paper. The following was added by an anon IP, which I moved here. -- llywrch (talk) 01:24, 9 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Note: The author of this document has never set a foot on Ferfer. He wrote it while sitting in Qallaafo. So all that he said about Ferfer and Mustahil is nothing more than heresay. That is his addmission. The proof is the fact that there is no single Hawadle in the addminstration of Fefer, no Hawadle is ever sent by Ferfer as an MP to Jijiga or Addis Ababa and even worse, no single Hawadle can show us an ID (mutawaqia) from ferefer and hence no Hawadle have ever voted in Ferfer. The Hawadle come to graze in the area in the good times and disapear in the bad times. The 64 members of the Ferfer County Council are divided as follows: 8 for Udeejeen, 8 for Dagodie and the rest for Rere Aw Hasan. This speaks louder than a report compiled in a merfish in Qallaafo. Just name one Hawadle who owns a property in Ferfer, or one Hawadle who is an employee in fefer. Put this thing to a rest. Passing through a place and dreaming about owning it will change nothing.
