Date of death[edit]

According to this record of the United States Social Security, a certain Felicisimo AMPON born on 27 Oct 1920, died on 7 Oct 1997. This might just to a coincidence, but I believe it might just me the same person. What are the odds of a person with an identical name born on the same date who died around the same time?
