Register number for Dzokhar Tsarnaev[edit]

I can't find anything on the Federal Bureau of Prisons website on Dzokhar Tsarnaev - his record doesn't exist when I run a search. So, how can it be that this article has an official Register Number for Mr Tsarnaev? Where is the source?

The number was added in this edit by User:66.222.231.146 on 17 May 2013. Since there was no source for it and this number does not show up on the BOP inmate locator, I removed it. Spacepotato (talk) 02:22, 11 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
