Fast Train → Fast Train (April Wine song) – There is no WP:PRIMARYTOPIC, as there are at least 2 other songs with "Fast Train" and a film in the title, as listed at Fast Train (disambiguation):

"Fast Train", a song by Van Morrison from his 2002 album Down the Road
"Fast Train", a song by Bobby Parker
Fast Train (film), a 1988 Soviet television film

Support although the April Wine song gets more views (105) than the film (10), High-speed rail gets 23,207 and Express train gets 1,016[[1]] so its probably safest to disambiguate. Note that per WP:DIFFCAPS Fast train already goes to the DAB but like Red Meat there's probably no primary topic for the title case version.
