This is a WP:QUICKFAIL based on criterion 3: It has, or needs, cleanup banners that are unquestionably still valid. These include {{cleanup}}, {{POV}}, {{unreferenced}} or large numbers of {{citation needed}}, {{clarify}}, or similar tags. The current version has several uncited paragraphs; I'll add some maintenance tags to the article itself. Further, the article needs copyediting for tone (its previously solid ratings dropped is just one example) and there is a fair amount of information of dubious relevance (see WP:GACR 3b, which requires that the article stays focused on the topic without going into unnecessary detail) such as The house has been featured in Honey, We Shrunk Ourselves; Jurassic Park III; Bringing Down the House; and The Whispers. I also note that this is currently at WP:Peer review (Wikipedia:Peer review/Family (1976 TV series)/archive1); articles should not be at PR and GAN at the same time.
