The result of this discussion was to merge since it's been 6 years since the proposal and this article is basically a duplicate of insurance fraud. - M0rphzone (talk) 10:54, 19 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Since both articles are small in size I propose to merge them into one article since health insurance fraud is a subcategory of insurance fraud.
