Unfinished Business[edit]

What exactly should we do about this information? I feel it should be included, though attributed directly to Bell as I had it, because it is information directly important to his life and explains the whole Truth and Reconciliation Commission comments (which are in themselves factual, there is no question on the Commission). The only question is the factualness of Bell's book and articles on Barraclough, which is why I attributed the info to Bell. You can't attest Barraclough as working for the South African government and not explain the reasoning for it. I'm fine with leaving out the Spain info, if you'd like, but the trust info isn't actually negative in terms of his actions. It just means he was used by Williamson without realizing it. I'd be fine with making it shorter, but the current information doesn't say anything. It says he was signed onto two trusts...so what?
