Previous fire[edit]

According to this powerpoint presentation (image #23), the previous fire was on 4 July 2007. The ship was repaired at Guangzhou shipyard, China. Is the powerpoint presentation useable as a ref? 82.9.29.72 - Please don't think that I'm trying to suppress your efforts to correct the article. I'm not, but Wikipedia has a rule that everything needs to be sourced. If the source is wrong, then what we can verify beats the truth every time. So, how about finding a source for Rybcomflot so that the article can be corrected?
