Date of retirement before 2015[edit]

The table listed 20 November 1998. I left that in but fact-tagged it. What citation supports the date? The article's lead says it was active until May 1999 which is what the source cited supports. Did someone change this? I'm going to check the history to see who put this in and ask. Ranze (talk) 05:16, 1 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
