No, actually that is a copyright infringement here, for this reason: Wikipedia content is free for anyone to use, copy, redistribute, adapt, change, and even sell (as long as they say where they got it from). The publisher wants their summary re-printed as much as possible of course, but they don't want any of those other things done, therefore we cannot use that text here. Content must specifically be released under the CC-BY-SA license to be used here.
