At the time of this writing, the article says "As a result, Van Hook will forever remain the last person executed in Ohio by lethal injection" and "Because of the new ruling, Van Hook will forever remain the last person executed in Ohio by lethal injection". Isn't that pretty presumptive? Isn't it possible that, at some point in the future, Ohio reintroduces execution by lethal injection? Heart of Destruction (talk) 14:58, 17 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
