Date of birth[edit]

Ckm Magazine looked it up on Wikipedia. So if Wikipedia got it wrong, Wikipedia can say it got it from another source which can be trace back to Wikipedia (and possibly the author in New York who wants to maintain this mis-information). This self-verification of Wikipedia is exactly what is wrong with the Wikipedia and the internet as a source for information.

Why don't you leave out the birth date and information that cannot be directly verified? - A stripper changes careers to become a singer at age 23 or 30. Is her age really that important?

Is there a source for this birthdate (March 8, 1985)? When she debuted on the www.busty.pl website on November 17, 2003, her age was given at 19. Again, she was said to be 20 and 21 in 2004 – so if all three statements are correct, she should have been born between November 18 and December 31, 1983.

This date of birth (March 8, 1985) is given in her interview and pictorial in polish CKM Magazine (November 2005). She also claims to be 20 years old in her recent TV appearances launching her singing career.
Can you provide a scan of this? I've seen the pictorial on this page, but can't seem to get the DOB from it. Perhaps its on a page of text that wasn't scanned... I honestly don't know why, as that's more intersting than the pictures! ;-) -- Joe Beaudoin Jr. Think out loud 21:06, 16 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, I can provide scans of every page of this interview, including the one with personal data. But how would you like to receive it?
It is in that set of pictures, the second one on the lower row.

This is a link to the blog of someone who interviewed her (http://rolywholyover.blogspot.com/2006/02/i-asked-ewa-sonnet-if-her-grandmother.html) and he states she's 20. dated as february 2006, this would back up the 8.03.85 birth date

ß

I changed her date of birth back to March 8, 1985 because someone had changed it to October 7, 1976. While I can't truly verify the 1985 date, I highly doubt that she is 30 years old.

The date of birth, October 7, 1976, is on her skype id. If you think that this is correct change it back. A lot of these stars have their photos touched up.

I have removed the Gallery[edit]

I have removed the gallery from this page as per Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate source of information, which includes pictures. Also, the pictures uses are copyrighted and we can't fair use them in a gallery format. One identifying picture is enough. Breast Size[edit]

It is stated on numerous websites (such as http://www.myboobsite.com/) that her breast size is 38FF and not 34EE (as stated here). What do you think about it?

The site you've cited is not a reliable source. What other websites have you seen this information upon? -- Joe Beaudoin Jr. Think out loudWP:PORN BIO? 21:01, 10 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The busty.pl (time index 11/17/03, adult content) website gave a figure of 70EE European size (translates to 32EE, cup size may vary depending on standard used) at the time of her debut. There are reports (or observations) of a later increase in bust size, though this remains the only size I've seen with a metric standard. Note also, that the page gives her age at 19 – suggesting 1984 as her year of birth.

Also, her metric height is listed incorrectly here: 1.64 cm=0.65 in – it should be either 1.64 m or 164 cm (5 ft 4½). And where did the weight of 63 kg (139 lb) come from? I find that very hard to believe with her other statistics, 53 kg (117 lb) would be more likely. And please don't try to tell me that the extra 10 kg (22lb) comes from her breasts!

What the ...[edit]

Who started editing this? Have you seen the woman? Anyone with eyes can see that it is blatantly IMPOSSIBLE that her bust is only 35DD. Several reliable sources (including Wikipedia) state that Gianna Michaels is 36DD, which would make Michaels larger than Sonnet. From looking at other pictures of Sonnet, anyone can see that such a thing is not viable. I'm changing it back to the original measurement of 34EE because that's the measurement I see most often, although some sources do indicate a later increase in size, but I can't find any reliable ones.

Also, if you look at her (other pictures of her because the current one might not make it quite so plain) you can tell that her eyes are distinctly green. I could even understand how you could mistake them for grey in the right light, but where did HAZEL come from? Seeing as how that makes absolutely no sense and I don't see a source for it, I'm changing it back.

It has also been noted quite a few times that she does not speak English very well. Where are the sources for that?

So... you're basically saying you don't know what bra sizes mean. The notion that 35DD must be smaller than 36DD is simply false. In fact, the opposite would likely be true since a woman with a 35-inch ribcage and Double-D breasts would actually look BIGGER on top than a woman with a 36-inch ribcage and Double-D breasts. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.196.162.105 (talk) 23:57, 22 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I am the individual who interviewed Ewa for KUSF in February 2006. I met her again in July 2006, and I can substantiate the claim that she does not speak English very well. I think she may have had some English classes, but a combination of her modesty and lack of confidence prevented her from trying her English language skills with an American -- briankaz — 02:58, 6 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This article originally stated that she was born in Kalisz, Poland, but now it says she was born in Rybnik. Both of the articles claim her birth. Can anyone provide a reliable source on where she was born?

Contrary to the first comment in this section, a 36DD does not indicate larger breasts than a 35DD. The number refers to the measurement around the ribcage, under the breasts. The letter (cup size) refers to the size of the breasts. So, someone with a 35DD would appear proportionately larger, if ever so slightly, that someone with a 36DD. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.212.63.75 (talk) 02:39, 3 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Picture[edit]

I'm sure the current picture is copyrighted by Busty.Pl, so it needs to be removed. — Hizrael 5 December 2006 20:14

Actually, per the photos infobox ". . 254×350 (26,897 bytes) (This photo was taken by Krisztian Gulyas after an Ewa Sonnet concert in Jarocin, Poland on 8 July, 2006. I have permission from him to publish the photo on Wikipedia" it's not from a Busty.Pl photoshoot, it's from one of her concert appearances, and use has been granted by the owner. Charlam 00 19:46, 6 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • That's nice, but can you clearly show where Mr. Gulyas explicitly consented to having the picture available under CC 2.5 & the GFDL? Yes, it is lawyerly hairsplitting, but we tend to be overly cautious on the topic of copyright so we done have to worry about the real lawyers coming after us for copyright infringement. (Hint: if you have an email from Mr. Gulyas saying that you can do so, post it here). Tabercil 23:39, 6 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I was actually speaking about a different picture. I removed it after the comment. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 65.35.11.39 (talk) 09:01, 9 December 2006 (UTC).[reply]
  • I will post K. Gulyas' email confirmation of his permission to post the picture here when I receive it. briankaz 21:51, 5 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Two infoboxes?[edit]

Do we really need two infoboxes? They are distracting and don't give the article a polished appearance, which is what we should really be striving for here -- in addition to providing accurate information, of course. -- Joe Beaudoin Jr. Think out loud 00:40, 26 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I dunno. There must be some other Wikipedia articles with more than one infobox, but it's messy. Sometimes they're necessary, though.--h i s s p a c e r e s e a r c h 18:54, 13 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
One is her "busty model" info-box, and the other is her music info-box. The only thing that seems "unpolished" about it to me is that the picture in both are basically the same, one just being cropped. The Rypcord. 19:05, 13 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
That and the same basic information is repeated in both infoboxes. I suppose we can keep both infoboxes, if we just removed the redundancies. -- Joe Beaudoin Jr. Think out loud 19:45, 13 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, having removed the redundancies and the second picture, I think we should simply go with one infobox. The question that we need to answer is this: which of the infoboxes do we keep? -- Joe Beaudoin Jr. Think out loud 19:49, 13 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
That depends. Do you think she is better known for her music or for her modeling? The Rypcord. 03:10, 14 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Judging from the content of her article, she seems to be better known for her modeling than her music, since most of the content pertains to her modeling career. So I would stick with the female adult bio infobox and get rid of the other one, merging what minor pieces of content there are in it into the article's body. -- Joe Beaudoin Jr. Think out loud 04:38, 14 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Birth Name[edit]

Apparently she was born "Beata Kornelia Dąbrowska." Should this be included somewhere in the article? I can't find many "reliable" sources for it, but that's not surprising considering her line of work. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.184.24.252 (talk) 16:27, 7 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

MySpace[edit]

In the external links is the link Ewa Sonnet on Myspace. Is this an official MySpace, a fan page or a fake page?--Sdrtirs (talk) 11:12, 24 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It looks like it might be legitimate, but it's flagged as private anyway, so there's not much purpose to the link. MySpace links tend to be discouraged, anyway.  Xihr  21:41, 24 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

second album[edit]

I couldn't still find anything about the claimed second album. Some wikipedias have it, though not polish (her own language).
Very ambiguous text in the album article: Hypnotiq is going to be the second album of the pop singer and model Ewa Sonnet. Only two songs are confirmed to date including the first single "Cry Cry" and "California" which is going to be the second single.
What might that "to date" mean there, considering the album should've been released five years ago? 82.141.72.69 (talk) 19:57, 7 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
