Disambiguation[edit]

There are several links to this page for Hon Evelyn Ellis who was a completely different person. I will create a disambig page. Biscuittin (talk) 15:32, 28 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Photographs[edit]

I am unable to make a positive identification, but there are two photographs I recently uploaded at the Wikimedia Commons that I believe include Evelyn Ellis. I'm linking to them in hopes that someone can identify the subjects of the photographs. The event is the opening night of Macbeth (April 14, 1936). The images are from the Federal Theatre Project files and none of the subjects is identified. Rose McClendon and her husband are among those shown.

The photos are here and here. I think Evelyn Ellis is the woman wearing a white-collared coat. If positive identification can be made regarding her or anyone else, please edit the captions at the Commons to include the information, and add the photos to articles where they are appropriate. — WFinch (talk) 19:16, 9 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
