observatory height?[edit]

According to the infobox, Top floor is at 292.5 m (960 ft) and Observatory at 306.9 m (1,007 ft).
How is that possible? The observatory has no floor? If it has floor, should not that be the "top floor" also then? 109.240.219.111 (talk) 07:35, 1 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
