there is also a politician by the name of Emmanuel Banda serving Muchinga (constituency) in the National Assembly of Zambia. he does not have an article yet but he is notable and so he migt one day. he was born 10 july 1978 Masohpotato (talk) 17:04, 16 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
