@MarkZusab and FeanorStar7: Wow, kudos, 135min from red to class=B must be a new record, the time from "possibly very red" to finish is also stellar. My first article as IP (ignoring one blown-up Widevine redirect) took 81 days.84.46.52.203 (talk) 22:16, 27 April 2019 (UTC)

Actually, if I'm still in business in June, I'll downgrade it to class=C with concerns "needs-image=yes", "needs-infobox=yes", "lede too short", and the subtle "MUST NOT have birth year before May xx" should then be also fixed for a real class=B.
I have no idea what a "Dote girl" might be, if it's relevant please add it with a reference, ditto Hollister, I suck at fashion topics. What exactly does "unfollow" in the third Sister Squad reference mean, should it be was a member? BTW, the page needs the minimal review protection, I just removed a "rumored boyfriend" inserted by a fan. –84.46.53.51 (talk) 03:59, 3 May 2019 (UTC)

The Michigan Daily

@ToBeFree and CLCStudent: Please reset the page to oldid=901440192 or (identical) oldid=901470256 and remove the two unused death_…= from {{Infobox YouTube personality}} manually to keep one good later modification suggested by 72.139.204.89.
The Michigan Daily isn't "published" by the University of Michigan, they are independent, as explained in the lede of the article here, and on their home page.[1]84.46.53.20 (talk) 11:48, 13 June 2019 (UTC)

Thanks. Next problem, somebody insists on adding website=shopemmachamberlain.com, and somebody else (=me) thinks that this is 100% spam and no personal website. I've seen one complete video published by Chamberlain (confirming her birthday on YouTube) and don't recall a catchphrase=i need coffee, maybe I missed it, removed on probation as unsourced. –84.46.53.102 (talk) 23:24, 22 June 2019 (UTC)

Want to include this paragraph / section about Emma Chamberlain attending Paris Fashion Week

See below. She is the first YouTuber to be picked for the YT / LV partnership and was a huge deal in her fandom and to YouTube in general. She has been in other LV collabs since, which I also think is worth mentioning (edit: somehow the citations have been put into the next Talk Page entries I've done, I don't know how / why this happened).

In March 2019, Chamberlain attended Paris Fashion Week in a sponsorship between YouTube and Louis Vuitton, which was brokered by Derek Blasberg, the head of fashion and beauty partnerships at YouTube.[1] Chamberlain was paired with model / YouTuber Karlie Kloss while at the event.[2]

Request to review wanting to add this to Emma's bio page - EC and Dolan Twins posting videos with each other

[Justification for this: EC became famous with the Dolan Twins. These two videos surged to #1 and #2 on YouTube trending. The Sister Squad was huge, and their (former) friend James Charles had been in the biggest YT scandal of the year shortly before these two videos came out. want to add below:]

On June 4, 2019, Chamberlain and The Dolan Twins uploaded videos featuring each other on their respective channels. This was their first video collaboration since the last Sister Squad videos posted in December. The absence of James Charles contributed to the belief that the Sister Squad had broken up.[3]

Request to review adding that Snapchat announced EC would be one of twenty celebrities to have a new Snapchat Creator Show.

[The below seems worth adding:)

At Vidcon 2019, Snapchat announced that Chamberlain would be one of multiple celebrities from across several entertainment platforms to premiere a Creator Show later in the year.<ref> Baila. Morgan. For those particular items, I don't think adding them in and of themselves would be a problem. What we'd want to avoid, though, is the article just becoming a disconnected collection of factoids about stuff she's done. It would be better to pick a few of the most significant events, and then put them together in paragraph form to contextualize why those events are of especial import. Due to Emma's current status as a rising social star, her expanding influence across YouTube and TikTok, and her quickly gaining followers worldwide, I believe that her Wikipedia page is prone to vandalism by memers and/or haters. As this page is already protected by pending changes, it seems most reasonable to take protection further and make sure that anonymous IP address do not add unconstructive or hateful information. Other young social stars (James Charles, Billie Eilish, Jacob Sartorius, Charli D'Amelio) already have semi-protected pages to prevent disruptive editing, so I believe that protecting Emma's page is for the better. I would like to change the subscriber number for emma chamberlain's wikepedia as it is not 9.01 million. Thank you Pwavi ed (talk) 10:49, 8 June 2020 (UTC)

Not done: this is not the right page to request additional user rights. You may reopen this request with the specific changes to be made and someone will add them for you, or if you have an account, you can wait until you are autoconfirmed and edit the page yourself. If the number is not accurate then please cite a proper source which gives the correct number. Cheers, RandomCanadian (talk / contribs) 16:02, 8 June 2020 (UTC)

So what are her videos about?

This article goes into some length about this YouTuber's rise in popularity, but doesn't seem to contain any information about the actual content of her videos (beyond that they are, apparently, funny). Perhaps someone should expand on that. Robofish (talk) 00:49, 31 May 2021 (UTC)
