current state (inconsistency ?)

quote: "and is currently being rebuilt as a launch site for the future Vega programme." But later one in the article it says that the first Vega rocket was started on 2012 (quote: "Vega made its first launch from the complex on 13 February 2012"). So there seems to be an inconsistency --192.109.190.88 (talk) 17:49, 2 December 2013 (UTC)
