Reference to Yates & Rumsey (agriculturalists) and naming of Yates Avenue & Rumsey Crescent.
Discussion and photo reqiured re Dundas Council building on Marsden Road.
Famous residents - Ray Hadley (radio & TV personality) lived in area & attended Yates Avenue Public School.
Aboriginal heritage & original vegetation of the area
Transport - buses 513 & 545 and proximity to Eastwood, Carlingford and Telopea railway stations.
