Other than the tune and association with Norman Greenbaum there appears to be very little to give this group notability for inclusion here at Wikipedia. I would nominate the article for removal. What little is here on the group could be incorporated into the songs article. Having direct experience authoring other articles with a bit more info than this and being told they did not qualify for inclusion due to lack of notability is the basis for my opinion. I forget the wiki guideline that would apply here. Perhaps someone else can offer a more exact reading of the guideline in question relating to notability.
