— Relisting. Ivanvector (Talk/Edits) 14:41, 19 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hi, can you provide any evidence of this claim? A quick look at both articles shows that for the hockey player there are articles in 13 wikipedias, whereas the Indian politician's article only exists in English. Dr. Vogel (talk) 14:47, 12 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • I agree with The Vogel. This seems phenomenally unlikely. SN54129 18:13, 12 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Serial Number 54129 @DrVogel @GeoffreyT2000 I dont know why there are 13 language articles. May be the sports enthusiasts translated them as he was olympian. In any case I can translate this into 50 languages, will you consider this request then? I doubt that number of Wikipedia is a criteria for judging PRIMARY TOPIC. The Hockey player played 60 years ago, while this politician is a sitting MLA. Please check the search results most are about the politician, which is how I assessed the PRIMARY TOPIC. • Oppose instead create a disambiguation page at the base location, which is missing, and for which we have atleast 4 people by this name with articles on Wikipedia -- 65.92.246.142 (talk) 22:17, 13 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Relisting note - note that Charanjit Singh is now a redirect to Charanjit Singh (hockey player), and that an article on Charanjit Singh Atwal (also a politician) also exists. Ivanvector (Talk/Edits) 14:41, 19 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
